I would like to know if it is possible for TV station to broadcast the ads from a CD.

I given some thought to running one of the ads on Memorial Day on a local TV station.

If nothing else, run it on a cable system's local news channel. Can not remember what they call it, it has been 20+ years since I lived in town with local cable connections.

They call it Public Access cable here, if I'm understanding what you're saying.
