America's very naive attitude towards War is very troublesome. Yes within the next few years the Iraqi security forces may get to the place where they can secure their own country. However these indoctrinated jihad terrorists like water will flow to another part of the globe that has less resistance, or where they get a bigger return on their suicidal acts. It is my opinion the longer jihad terrorists are pre occupied with trying to keep a democracy from being established in Iraq the better. Let the jihad indoctrinated enemy continue to flow into Iraq where they can be destroyed by Iraqi and coalition forces. This enemy is like no other the USA has ever faced. From early childhood they are programmed to destroy the infidels and their reward is the greatest when they sacrifice their own lives in the process. Millions of jihad Muslim children are still being programmed to sacrifice their lives for the cause of jihad. To get to the peace jihad teachings must end. And then all those who have been programmed for jihad need to be deprogrammed, captured or killed. It is my opinion that we need Billy Grahams of the Middle East as much or more then we need troops to get to the peace. And the global reality is that the War on Terrorism will not end in months or years but in the next generation or the one after that. The Cold War ran from 9/2/45 – 12/26/91 and the American people need to come to grips with the fact that this one will probably be even longer and a whole lot bloodier then the Cold War was.
Not unlike the Cold War the results of standing down would be devastating. _________________ Defender of the honor of those in harms way keeping us out of harms way.
