You brought up a good point - we should try to find the questions asked of Ruth Bader Ginsberg during her confirmation and blanket Congress with them.

Confirmation should be no more difficult for a Constitutionalist than it was for a socialist ACLU hack.

1) Have you ever been expelled from Harvard for cheating on exams?

2) Have you ever left the scene of vehicular manslaughter?

3) Do you have a forty year record of alcohol abuse?

4) Do you enjoy the disjointed standards applied to Supreme Court Justices and the senior senator from Massachusettes?

When it comes to the Senate, Roberts will not have Kerry's vote...go figure. In committee he won't have Kennedy, Biden, Chucky Schumer or Dustbin. I just wish some Rep. on the committee would ask these questions.
