Population: 250,000 (down from a pre-Katrina 435,000)
Geographic Boundaries: Size reduced by 1/3, pre-Katrina areas of 9th Ward and much of Lakeside flooded to rooftops during Katrina still uninhabitable due to toxic levels of soil, this area is segregated from the rest of NOLA by a concrete wall topped with razor wire. Known as the "Lost City of Cajun Atlantis"
French Quarter/Garden District: damaged only evident to trained observers
Mardi Gras: Back to pre-Katrina levels of decandence and fun after several down years
Mayor Nagin: still in prison 
Governor Blanco: in the cell next to Nagin |

I just heard the Gov interviewed on fox. A contemptible urchin. Her and the mayor need to be at the crux of B---tch Hillary's commision. Public funds and trust squandared by Democratic Leadership, thousands dead.
ONe thing to be sure, unless we really get to the bottom of this, in the year 2015 you speculate about. Lets make sure the Kennedy's, Kerry's, Clintons of this world are not still brokering the votes of the dead people they betrayed. It takes allot to get me riled and I'm riled. |

As bad as Nagin and Blanco screwed this up and do deserve jail time, I'd rather have Kerry in jail.

Here is a thought, if all three of them were in a jail cell together, Kerry could give speeches on plans of evacuation and bore them to tears with hand gestures. After all you do know he served time in Vietnam. ZZZZZZ |
