Clinton says Iraq invasion was a big mistake

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Associated Press, THE JERUSALEM POST Nov. 16, 2005

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The United States made a "big mistake" when it invaded Iraq, former President Bill Clinton said Wednesday, citing the lack of planning for what would happen after dictator Saddam Hussein was overthrown.

"Saddam is gone. It's a good thing, but I don't agree with what was done, " Clinton told students at the American University of Dubai.

"It was a big mistake. The American government made several errors ... one of which is how easy it would be to get rid of Saddam and how hard it would be to unite the country."

Clinton did however say that the United States had done some good things in Iraq: the removal of Saddam, the ratification of a new constitution, and the holding of parliamentary elections.

Congratulations. If you have achieved the state of having forgotten or not knowing in the first place. You have what many of wish we had. It's like waking up from a bad dream and realizing it didn't happen. Like passing a kidney stone and realizing the pain is gone. Like lancing a boil and the soreness abates. Unfortunately Clinton was all to real.

But the question is valid. Who was or is Bill Clinton? I bet he can't answer that.

No, but Esquire can. Prepare to gag:

Bill Clinton Hailed to Become "Something Like a President of the World" says Esquire Magazine

By John-Henry Westen

NEW YORK, November 16, 2005 (LifeSiteNews.com) - Disgraced former U.S. President Bill Clinton has been hailed as "The Most Influential Man in the World," by Esquire magazine. In the December issue of the magazine set to hit newsstands Thursday, Esquire Editor-in-Chief David Granger says Clinton is poised to become "something like a president of the world or at least a president of the world's non-governmental organizations."

Clinton, whose fame has survived revelations of sexual impropriety, perjury and constant reports of other shady occurrences at the Clinton White House which would have killed any other political reputation, continues to wow audiences worldwide. Clinton who was, already in 2003, rumoured to be seeking to lead the United Nations has also launched his own global initiative to right the wrongs of the world.

Esquire designates him as "the most powerful agent of change in the world."  However, some readers may be suspicious of the adulation given that Clinton himself authored an introduction to the special issue of the magazine.

Clinton, who Father Richard Neuhaus called "The Abortion President", has attracted the exaltation of the many crowds he has addressed, at a fee of $100,000+ per engagement since leaving office.  At a Canadian engagement last month, event organizers called him, "one of the greatest leaders in the history of presidents" and an "inspiring" presence. Christian Darbyshire of TinePublic Inc., that organized the conference said "He's probably more influential these days now . . .than he was as the president."

Oral sex linked to mouth cancer: Swedish study
Nov 16 4:38 PM US/Eastern
Email this story

Certain cases of mouth cancer appear to be caused by a virus that can be contracted during oral sex, media reported, quoting a new Swedish study.

People who contract a high-risk variety of the human papilloma virus, HPV, during oral sex are more likely to fall ill with mouth cancer, according to a study conducted at the Malmo University Faculty of Odontology in southern Sweden.

"You should avoid having oral sex," dentist and researcher Kerstin Rosenquist, who headed the study, told Swedish news agency TT.

HPV is a wart virus that causes many cervical cancers, including endometrial cancer (in the uterus).

Comparing 132 patients with mouth cancer with a control group of 320 healthy people, Rosenquist found that 36 percent of the cancer patients were carriers of HPV while only one percent of the control group had the virus.

The main factors that contribute to mouth cancer, most commonly contracted by middle aged and older men, are smoking and drinking alcohol, scientists agree.

"But in recent years the illness has been on the rise among young individuals and we don't know why. But one could speculate that this virus (HPV) is one of the factors," Rosenquist said.

Her findings confirm other international studies in recent years.

According to a recent Swedish study, he would be more like a venereal papilloma on the body politic. That is my humble opinion.

I'm convinced now that there is a segment of humanity that is stark raving mad. They are known as Clinton lovers.

Gag!!!

I guess Hitlery is following in the footsteps of Jackie Kennedy/Onnasis. JFKs Administration wasn't "Camelot" until after his death. In my opinion, he too wasn't that great of a President, but I have to say he was a lot better than the Clintonistas.

If he does ever become the "President of the World," I fell sorry for the world's daughters. Embarassed
