At this moment, Rep. Conyers (D-MI) is chairing a live hearing in the Rayburn House Office Building. His entire rostrum is Democrat congressmen and staff. All the witnesses are anti-Bush activists. The subject is warrantless search. Photogs are everywhere. One wonders if Hastert knows about this.

It may be a caucus meeting made to look like a hearing as they have done before. It is not however a hearing or an official congressional activity of any kind. Conyers is not chairman of anything as not anybody's leader. It is meaningless and has no standing.

TRue enough, but hopefully it will have about as much recognition as the GA Moonbat Cythnia McKinney's so called Katrina 'hearing'. That was a circus of the bizarre and weird.
