Now that Ayman al-Zawahiri released a tape (January 20), I suppose Al Qaeda thinks we'll be shaking in our boots. WRONG !!
This is just another display of an Act of Desperation.
When will these creeps learn? The United States does not negotiate with terrorists. We do not heed the rantings of terrorists. We destroy terrorists.
