Sgt. Michael J. Smith, 24, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., was found guilty Tuesday of six of 13 counts.

This young man is the target of the PC-MSM who want a scapegoat for their feel good anti-military sentiments.
The United States can never win a war if the fighting men are more afraid of the press and the left-wing lawyers than they are of the enemy.
Our troops are NOT trained law enforcement officers, they are young 18 to 25 year old kids with more patriotism than anything else. They are soldiers, sailors, marines and airmen. They are put in situations where any mistake, no matter how small, will result in criticism and scrutiny beyond any that has ever happened in our history. These brave young people join up to stand between us and our enemies. They are warriors not cops.

I am saddened when I see these stories. NOT because of what has happened to the incarcerated scum they were guarding, but because these young patriots are being used as scapegoats to vent the frustrations of the liberals and leftists in they quest for "feel good".

This young man has now had his life ruined for no good reason other than to appease the MSM & the PC left. I'll bet they are really pleased with themselves.

That Courts Martial panel is obviously wearing the wrong uniform for the wrong country. Oh well, I hope they have a conscience. I feel sorry for them.
