Quote:
To: U.S. Congress
JOHN KERRY SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE UNITED STATES SENATE.

UNDER THE LAW OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
Amendment 14

3. No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.

But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

A Member of the United States Congress or the U.S. Senate should step forward in the name of American Justice; and present a bill to remove John Kerry from the United States Senate.

John Kerry gave aid and comfort to the enemies of the United States during the Vietnam War, yet as an U.S. Military Officer, Kerry swore to support the Constitution of the United States. The evidence is endless...

----------------------------------

WHETHER INTENTIONAL OR NOT...
Back in April 1971, as John Kerry was appearing on television talk shows around America condemning his brother and sister Vietnam vets, he was helping cover up the Duc Duc Refugee Village Massacre.

The evidence is endless...

A similar petition was sent up during the last presidential campaign. It was directed to the Attorney General and the Vice President (in his capacity as president of the Senate). As I recall, well over 100,000 signers were recruited.

I never heard of any response to that one and, while it makes a powerful statement, I'm afraid it's a pretty futile effort. But - who knows?

Futile or not, it makes me feel good trying to do something about one of the biggest traitors this county has ever known.

I am afraid the only way to get him out of the Senate is to have the people of Massachusetts vote him out. That will probably happen right after they vote Ted Kennedy out. Our job is to keep him out of the White House.

Removing Kerry from the Senate should be easy, however there are too many skeletons in closet for a lot of them.
During the last election, a lot of folks signed it, including me. I even made calls, and sent e-mails to my Senators and Rep's. Frist's office said it was aware of it. However they didn't do a thing. That's the downside.
They take an oath to uphold the Constitution, then when presented with balck and white proof, they completely disregard it.

Keeping sKerry from POTUS is the objective.

Standing by and ready to engage again;

I agree it makes us feel good to try to do something, but unfortunately it is only the end result that counts. That traitor still sits in the Senate. When I contacted Senator George Allen's (R-VA) office during the 2004 election and several times after the elections I received only one response.

"We do not become involved in such petitions or otherwise that are aimed to slander another." Hence, why I no longer support George Allen or any republican or democrat that allows such slime to continue to sit in the senate.

I am sorry to say I agree, this is futile, unless of course, John O'Neill can come up with a plan! Wink

Allen's staff weasel came up with the wrong stock message to send out. Since the petition was written - not spoken - it's libel, not slander.

Anyway, the definition of slander is, "oral defamation, untrue words said aloud as opposed to written down." UNTRUE?? Give me a break. Rolling Eyes

Truth is very relative in the U.S. Senate. If we removed every Senator that lied, libeled, slandered, or voiced treasonous words, there might not be anyone remaining on the left and who knows how many would remain on the right. I would put the over/under line at about two and bet the under for the entire Senate.

Post No. 2

Will there a time come when Lt. Kerry like the C.A.I.R. people just did, just give up when the lawyers go to his lawyers with a discovery list that he and all of them know he can not produce without handing over the truth about his lies and fraud. Will he produce the facts of his DD-214, will he and they ever get a request from an American Court with jurisdiction to produce his discharge and the complete record on how it came to be.

Its a long time from 1776 and it seems to some Americans that its about time this member of our Senate needs to stand in the dock and answer the charges of his works and the truth laid out,, or the smoke and mirrors need to be put away and the tears allowed to flow over the death of truth and honor in America. If Lt. Kerry belongs in the History books along with Benidict Arnold then lets get the show on the road.

The honor of America demands justice for justice delayed in not justice but justice made weak and worthless as the day, months and years go by as he sits in our Senate, like the horse in the Senate of old Rome as it fell apart due to lies, fraud and greed.
