Well, for a decent copy you'll have to go to the VA website
http://www1.va.gov/opa/pressrel/index.cfm
(the press release isn't linked there yet...I'll delete this comment when it is...go figure)
The VA instituted some POW benefits today, worth a looksee if you qualify...
and here are the POW stats (tabs don't work in html???)
