Two Border Patrol agents facing trial over shooting a fleeing suspect who had already shot one agent during the pursuit.

And our law enforcement and Border Patrol are supposed to be able to enforce the law under these conditions? Somebody give me a break.

Yes Dusty that is so messed up. I heard about this last week on Fox News. They also said that those two had drugs on them. I think this is disgustingly sickening. Seems the laws are on the side of the violators instead of those who have worked their whole adult lives to uphold the law and protect us from such scum.
