I never spent much money in Olongapo. How much can a jug of
Manilla Rum and a glass of ice cost anyhow? Now if I was government
subsidised, that might be a different story.

This cartoon really says it all!! Unfortunately, come November we may have to find out how they would do it. I don't think I've seen any rational plan set out by their spokesmen yet, however.
