So imagine little greetings cards...the kind that have that "built in chip" that plays birthday jingles or Christmas tunes when opened. Those chips can do voices too.
On the card is a picture of Kerry at his infamous 1970's "Genghis Khan" speech days. On the chip are his very words, with a slogan like "John Kerry Arnold, Reporting for Duty!" (ok, I'm bad at sloganeering, but someone can think of something better).
What a wonderful political ad / trinket that would make. In quantities of 10,000 or 100,000 or higher, the price of these little chips is probably low.
The man uttered those words and never retracted them or apologized. This is just a high-tech way to get his own words to the public.
And, just let him try to claim that spreading his own words in his own voice constitute "Swiftboating!"
