Guess this was just Kerry botching a joke that was really insulting Richard Nixon, not the troops! 
(How can ANYONE seriously consider the latest Kerry spin on his gaffe? It's the worst spin I've ever heard by a politican whose just stuck his foot so far in his mouth, it receives a polishing whenever he uses the Charmin.)

By the way, I believe W had a better academic record at Yale then JF'ingK. Guess getting a Yale degree is "not doing your homework"...but only if your name is George.
