These are all good signs that AQ is 'on the run' and we (the right) are closer to victory now than we've ever been in Iraq. Another good sign that victory in Iraq is possible sooner than later is the din of the Surrender Monkeys in Congress as they trip over themselves to be heard.
And the din of the Surrender Monkeys in Congress as they parrot each other with "We beat them in Vietnam" (meaning the antiwar crowd turned victory into defeat with Kronkite's help)...anyone see Conyers at the antiwar Rally in DC yesterday...you'd a thunk it was 1971 all over again! And others sense that many have noticed how the Dems are trying to repeat their 'success' (sic) of the 70's:
Quote:
"Still, it's startling, given the appalling slaughter that arose in the wake of "peace," to find vulgar braggarts like John Kerry and Pinch Sulzberger (the New York Times publisher) still preening and congratulating themselves for their stance three decades later."
...so sez Mark Steyn in one of his two articles this week --When Leaders Showed Courage (M. Steyn reviews "The President, The Pope, and the Prime Minister"):

The More things change the more they remain the same! (hmmm, think a Surrender monkey wrote that as well!)
