I found this PDF file online, where Clinton reduced our "nations defense capabilities" according to the authors. So will Hillary do the same if she gets elected? Or does she have more sense than that in a post 9/11 world?

The first page tells how a Clinton staffer blew off a 3 star Army General, Lt. General Barry McCaffrey, saying she didn't talk to the military!
