Am I dreaming or did I find somewhere that John Kerry changed his middle name so that his initials would be JFK? I do not want to start some false rumor, I would however like to be able to prove this if it is true.

Someone please set me straight on this!!!!!!!

No. His name is John Forbes Kerry. His mother was a Forbes.

It seems like I did come across that piece of information; however, the truth is the most important thing here. Is it possible to do a background check and find out the history of any name changes he may have had?

The name change is an urban legend, not unlike Kerry's secret ops into Cambodia.

His name and early history is fully vetted. Focus on what matters.

His grandfather (a czech jew) did change his name legally to Kerry when he came to the states.
