LOL, too funny!
Obama-Kerry '08
Quote: | ~SNIP~
Yet there is one man that Barack Obama can turn to who will fill all the ticket's needs. That man is John Kerry. We've already discussed how Obama needs a serious running mate, and Kerry at least looks serious. Besides, Kerry is haughty and dour, two traits which are sort of bastard cousins to seriousness. Additionally, if my memory serves correctly, Kerry spent time in the armed forces and even had a tour of duty in Vietnam. And although he's gotten nothing done in the Senate, at least he's been there forever. |

I don't think Kerry wants to be thrown in THAT briarpatch again. _________________ "In a word, I want an American character, that the powers of Europe may be convinced we act for ourselves and not for others; this, in my judgment, is the only way to be respected abroad and happy at home." --George Washington |

I thought JFK served 2 tours in Vietnam?
Or was it 3 tours and 2 Purple Hearts?
A horse walked into a bar and ordered a beer. The bartender looked up and asked, "Why the long face?"

John (Did you know I served in Vietnam?) Kerry and Ted (We'll cross that bridge when we come to it) Kennedy were having a drink, and Kennedy said, "John, we've been friends for a long time. I know I won't live forever, so when I die, I'd be honored if you would say a few words and pour a bottle of my finest Scotch over my grave."
Kerry smiled and said, "Teddy, the honor would be all mine...but do you mind if I filter it through my kidneys first?" _________________ Find the perfect babysitter, petsitter, or tutor -- today! |
