I just read an interview of Biden by ABC, via Drudge, where he said "Make no mistake about this, Hillary Clinton is as qualified or more qualified than I am to be vice president of the United States of America."
Is BO hungry enough for the election that he could engineer Biden dropping out to be replaced by Hillary?

In a word...........yes.
But, would Hillary accept now, as an obvious 2nd choice, and considering that she is likely planning another run for herself in 2012? _________________ "In a word, I want an American character, that the powers of Europe may be convinced we act for ourselves and not for others; this, in my judgment, is the only way to be respected abroad and happy at home." --George Washington |

If he plays it that way and Hillary accepted, something she may not if she is considering a 2012 run herself, the purpose would be just too obvious, considering reports that she was never even considered before.
She still could accept, if offered, but I can't see Hillary playing second fiddle to anyone as inept as Obama.
Biden's words could be an effort to bring back many of her supporters that fell in behind McWhatsHisName/Palin after they dumped on Hillary.
In politics, anything could happen, though. _________________ Clark County Conservative |

Oh I think Biden is setting the stage for a pullout.
I think you'll see Biden pull out soon, Dr's orders or something like that.
It has to be an excuse like Dr's orders so Wama does not look like he made the wrong pick.
But, I can see Hillary comming on as V.P. of course she is only trying to help..lol
Sarah"s really got the Dems in a tizzy...lol _________________ Leeman

I don't expect Hillary to climb aboard Obama's Titanic. She has to work the down ballot for chits against 2012 and hope PDS hangs in like BDS. _________________ "KILL ALL THE LAWYERS!"

Shall we all remember it was the Dems who floated the "Eagleton" option just two weeks ago? (Right after the Palin pick)
McGovernites would love it. _________________ Why ask? Because it needs asking. |

...sure would make the Democrats "vetting" process look weak, now wouldn't it? How can a man who did such a poor job vetting and choosing his running mate be trusted to make sound decisions as POTUS....is there an ad for McCain in there somewhere? |
