Swiftees are gaining ground. Kerry at the Grand Canyon and being called out and being caught in lies.
I just love the truth. |

I was disappointed in Brit Hume last week and over the weekend - he is usually so right on top of a story and has no trouble going against the grain of "conventional wisdom" or the popular media slant of any given story.
If he's finally wising up, I may go back to his fan club.
I wonder how long it will take for O'Reilly to get the egg off of his face. I used to really like him, too. _________________ ~ Echo Juliet ~

Perhaps God is holding the reins back so that the hungry media wolves can chew on Kerry's red meat closer to the election. The vultures forget too quickly. |

I think sometimes O'Reilly takes the wrong side of an issue just to enhance his "fair and balanced""no spin zone" image.
It's still show biz and he is NOT a reporter but a commentator.
Right and wrong don't mean nearly as much as ratings.
So call me a cynic. _________________ "If he believes his 1971 indictment of his country and his fellow veterans was true, then he couldn't possibly be proud of his Vietnam service." |

I watched Brit Hume on Special Report and Christmas in Cambodia was the lead story. They presented excerpts from the Congressional record and a Kerry interview in which Kerry said he spent Christmas in Cambodia. When the Kerry campaign was contacted their first instinct was to lie claiming that Kerry never said he was in Cambodia only that he was near the border. When confronted with Kerry's own statements the campaign said they would get back to Fox news with an explanation. By airtime the Kerry campaign still did not have an explanation.

The Christmas in Cambodia story is undeniably false. Even the pro-Kerry panel members couldn't spin it other than to say he might have been confused. That won't fly, of course, because Kerry claimed to have made several forays across the border. I don't see how the Kerry campaign can respond.
This is the beginning of the end, folks. Congratulations. |

Bill O'Reilly will just say there is no egg to be wiped off!
For us, we will see if he can redeem himself after tonight's interview.
When I first saw that Swiftboat ad talk on his show and then saw the ad online.
I realized He (Bill O'Reilly) had NOT done his homework.
Shame-Shame.
I agree with about 95% with what O'Reilly has to say on issues
(that's why it was bit of a shock for me about his comments).
It would be nice to have his guests be able to finish their sentences once in a while _________________ Laura~ |

Mark my words, as soon as the wheels begin to fall off of his campaign, he is going to go to the black community and try and convince them that this is actually a covert attack on them. |

I'm travelling this week and turned on FNC a few minutes ago in the hotel room and saw the Grand Canyon segment. Maybe I'm tired but I could swear I heard that Kerry said he wasn't really in Cambodia but "pretty close". Did I hear that part right?
The FOX segment caught my attention while I was reading Chapter 3, what a coincidence. |

Yeah, and Williams says, "56 miles is close and maybe Kerry was confused". ROFLMAFO I wonder if Williams can drive from Washington to NYC without a road map?
56 miles takes about 3 hours on a Swift running wide open in the rivers. Besides, Brinkley says he was in Sa De! Kerry is toast (seared toast) on this one.
If Kerry was confused he can't navigate or read a chart...A great trait in an OinC!
God hopes he never gets the chance to navigate our future! _________________ On Sale! Order in lots of 100 now at velero@rcn.com Free for the cost of shipping All profits (if any, especially now) go to Swiftvets. The author of "Sink Kerry Swiftly" ---ASPB |
