This is an absolute outrage made even worse by the lame justifications offered by Helen Jones-Kelley and her detestable, partisan abuse of governmental oversight.

Someone needs to go to jail over this and "Joe The Plumber" should morph into "Joe The Plaintiff" with a MAJOR invasion of privacy lawsuit against Jones-Kelley and her entire department.

Disgusting doesn't do justice to this...

A state agency has revealed that its checks of computer systems for potential information on "Joe the Plumber" were more extensive than it first acknowledged.

Helen Jones-Kelley, director of the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, disclosed today that computer inquiries on Samuel Joseph Wurzelbacher were not restricted to a child-support system.

The agency also checked Wurzelbacher in its computer systems to determine whether he was receiving welfare assistance or owed unemployment compensation taxes, she wrote.

<snip>

Ohio Inspector General Thomas P. Charles is investigating whether the child-support check on Wurzelbacher was legal.

...so if he sues and gets more than $250,000 or $200,000 or $150,000 -- the number changes depending on whether Obama is talking or Biden is --, anyway, will the Obama government confiscate it and give it back to ACORN and whoever else broke into his records?
