While it appears that a majority of sentient human beings are near comatose in the face of the blatant demagoguery and arrogance of the "Global Warmists", Sen. Jim Inhofe continues his battle on the Senate EPW Committee. Good on him...

POZNAN, Poland - The UN global warming conference currently underway in Poland is about to face a serious challenge from over 650 dissenting scientists from around the globe who are criticizing the climate claims made by the UN IPCC and former Vice President Al Gore. Set for release this week, a newly updated U.S. Senate Minority Report features the dissenting voices of over 650 international scientists, many current and former UN IPCC scientists, who have now turned against the UN. The report has added about 250 scientists (and growing) in 2008 to the over 400 scientists who spoke out in 2007. The over 650 dissenting scientists are more than 12 times the number of UN scientists (52) who authored the media hyped IPCC 2007 Summary for Policymakers.
The U.S. Senate report is the latest evidence of the growing groundswell of scientific opposition rising to challenge the UN and Gore. Full Report Set To Be Released in the Next 24 Hours – Stay Tuned… - cont'd

Make that 651 international scientists...add me to the list....
Has anybody noticed the weather lately? I shoveled another 4 inches of "Global Warming" off my driveway this morning.

Remember:
Consensus is NOT science.
Science is about verifiable hypotheses, not about "consensus" of "experts." Verification should itself be via scientific and reproducible methods.
Verify global warming with man-made computer models? Ha! Crichton was correct when he called computer models a "disease." We can't even use those models to reliably predict the weather a week in advance or where a hurricane will strike, exactly.
What manner of fools thinks we can predict hundreds or thousands of years into the future?

Given the list of "Climate Change" radicals Obama is appointing, we will all be sucked into that vortex even if the list of dissenters increases exponentially. I just hope all the businesses and politicians who are going along with this disaster are the first to suffer. Looking at all the setbacks common sense has suffered over the past several years, I don't dare ask, "Can it get any worse?" because every day seems to bring even worse news. Isn't this the part of the movie where the cavalry rides over the hill to save us? Oh, I forgot, WE are the cavalry, and there is no one left to save US. |

The acronym I came up with and have been pushing to all my friends who have bought into the man made causes for global warming.
