Kerry now claims he has been approached by "friends in the Veterans Community." Spokeswoman Whitney Smith says, Quote: | “Senator Kerry was approached by friends in the veterans community to be part of a project that sheds light on an often overlooked topic, namely the brave men and women who have sustained debilitating injuries in Iraq. The health and well being of our veterans is a top priority for Senator Kerry, but he plans to wait for a response from ethics before taking on any part of this project.” |
Looking for investors, I suspect Michael Moore, Jane Fonda and George Soros will be well represented.

About White Mountain Films
Quote: | George Butler was born in Chester, England in 1943. He was raised in Wales, Somalia, Kenya, and Jamaica. He was educated at Groton, University of North Carolina, and received an M.A. in Creative Writing from Hollins College in Virginia. In 1968, while working as a reporter for Newsweek, he was drafted. Objecting to the war in Vietnam, he joined VISTA (the domestic Peace Corps) and was sent to the inner city of Detroit where he founded a successful community newspaper, The Oakland Lion.
Continuing his activities in the peace movement, in 1971 Mr. Butler co-edited, (with David Thorne and US Senator John Kerry) The New Soldier, a highly praised book about the Vietnam Veterans Against War (VVAW). |

...Kerry could always slip in a few frames from the "authentic" trusty 8MM home movies he took while he was...
...did you know that John Kerry served in Vietnam?
.
.
...he certainly wouldn't want anyone to see the photos in "The New Soldier", would he?
.
.
.
...perhaps his bark really is worse than his bite.

...and just to spice it up, have him bow to the king of Saudi Arabia and then go to Turkey and apologize for America and then go to, oh, say somewhere South, maybe Cuba or Venezula, and make nice with the dictators and exchange gifts, and then.........I know, I know, this is really far-fetched, but you know how Hollywood takes liberties with the truth in their movies, especially their "documentaries". _________________ Find the perfect babysitter, petsitter, or tutor -- today! |

don't forget the poodle was decorated with a lot of medals in 4 months duty. I forgot how many days he spent in the hospital healing his wounds. _________________ Leeman

The only movie I can imagine Hanoi John starring in, based on his actual experiences, would be American Gigolo II.
And yes, I believe he did serve 1/3 of a tour in Vietnam. He also admitted to running guns for the Khmer Rouge, if I'm not mistaken.
Quote: | We delivered weapons to the Khmer Rouge on the coastline of Cambodia. We went out of Ha Tien, which is right in Vietnam. We went north up into the border. And I have some photographs of that, and that's what we did. |

So, he served on BOTH SIDES. What a hero.
He'll be releasing those photos sometime soon to prove it, I'm sure. |

...yeah, he tried to circulate a rumor that he once served in Space Command...here's the proof with him in "uniform", alongside a photo of his number 1 military hero....skeptics claimed he was just trying to get in good with the environmental activists by demonstrating how a groundhog comes out of his hole to look for his shadow...since he is stuck in a perpetual political "Ground Hog Day", it could be true.... _________________ Find the perfect babysitter, petsitter, or tutor -- today! |
