While most of the liberal media is busy blaming Palin & Glen Beck for the AZ. shootings.

I admired Maj. Winters very much.

The media doesn't have time for real heroes.

They'd rather create more phonies like Lurch.

Major Winters is the type of person who made America great.

Thank goodness we still produce a few like him.

Agreed...and then the Left excoriates them, falsifies "war crimes" charges against them, treats them with utter contempt, ties their hands behind their backs with absurd "rules of engagement" then sends them into harm's way,.... yet they keep reenlisting. Where do we get such heroes?

Another hero of the greatest generation has made his final jump and gone home. Major Winters was a man who lead by example both in and out of the service. He was an inspiration to all who knew him or just knew his story.
