I guess one of the up sides to John Kerry's irrelevance is the fact that this moron can say anything, do anything... and no one ever gets upset - because if people even hear him, they don't really pay attention.
It wasn't that long ago that the whole country would have been discussing such an insane proclamation by a Senator.
Today, the public is so used to Kerry's lack of substance that even radical nonsense like this doesn't create a ripple.
