"official" version: John Kerry Breaks Nose Playing Hockey.
BOSTON (CBS) – Senator John Kerry surprised a few people at the Boston Bruins Stanley Cup ceremony at the White House Monday afternoon.
The 68-year-old senator had two black eyes and a swollen nose.
His spokeswoman Whitney Smith told WBZ-TV Kerry broke his nose playing ice hockey recently...."Thereazzzzzzzzzzzza" was unavailable for comment.

Well, there is some "unsubstantiated gossip" that he was having a "discussion" with "Thereazzzzzzzzzzzza" and she told him to shut up...he thought she said, "Stand up"...so being the obedient hubby, he immediately jumped to his feet, and, well, you see the results...
