God speed Col. Day. I miss your entire generation... I'm blessed by so few of you these days. I will remember to deliver an extra measure of love and thanks today to those WWII generation friends and family I still have with me. God bless you and yours. _________________ God Bless Our Veterans Of The USA! Thank you for your service!

We lost a great hero in Col. Day.
Probably good he's not going to get to see how far we fall.

Thanks to Dadesid for the heads-up on Col. Day's passing.
It was an honor to have been introduced to Col. Day and his lifetime of exemplary service and achievement via our shared commitment in 2004.
Thank you Col. Day for your life so well lived and may you rest forever in the peace of God's eternal reward. |

We will surely miss him. I met him in person during one of the dinners before taping one of the ads. He was a class act, a real gentleman and a fine officer. I would follow him anywhere. _________________ James Steffes, ENC, USN Retired |
