Did anyone else notice that "Unfit for Command" no longer appears anywhere on Regnery's website. O'Neill and Corsi are no longer listed as Regnery authors. What's going on? Did the libs initiate a lawsuit or something? |

I'm not sure that Unfit for Duty was ever listed on Regnery's site. The book wasn't expected to be out until Sept 24. (29th?)
They've pushed it so fast and so hard that they probably haven't had a chance to get it added to their web site.
One book they do have listed is Patterson's "Reckless Disregard." What a barnburner - if anyone could vote for Kerry after reading this book, they'd surely need their head examined.
I'm only partway through it and it's already had my blood boiling.
John Kerry fit for Command? Robert Patterson sure doesn't think so - and I trust him completely. _________________ ~ Echo Juliet ~

I saw that too. I called them up and asked what the deal was with that. I was put on hold for several minutes, and finally told that they had not updated their website (the date listed for the last update was Aug 02).
They do list other books available in August, just not this one. I also mentioned that by not having any mention of it on their website was a poor way to promote and sell books they publish. They have amazon links to all of their other new books, not this one.
Does this seem strange to anyone else but me? It's NO WAY to run a business or promote a book. |

Geez, guys, cut 'em some huss - they're a small company that prints an enormous amount of information and they are right now printing a blockbuster and getting it out to the stores over a month and a half early! Give 'em a break! _________________ ~ Echo Juliet ~

heh honestly, i realize that for once it looks like there really is a crazy liberal conspiracy going on what wtih B&n, amazon, the press, etc.
but they're a pretty right leaning organization. I seriously doubt they're trying to shoot themselves in the foot. |

GEEEE!!! The left is constantly complaining about Ashcroft and Patriot Act encroaching on our rights...but I guess it's OK for the left to try to get the swiftvet commercial pulled through intimidation tactics. _________________ kerry returned to the United States on July 22, 1971, held a press conference publicly calling on President Nixon... for the surrender of the United States to North Vietnam. |

i'm on your side
the dems are responsible for pretty much everything they've been accused of, but prolly not Regnery's webpage. |
