This is sent out to all veterans and service members everywhere to come to the aid of their country and keep this THUG out of office. We all can make a difference by talking to everyone we come in contact with and expressing our feelings no matter what they think. Remember those who gave the ultimate. I'm sure many of us would like to choke the living hell out of these crackerheads suffering their delusion of this moron. I'm proud of my 26 years of service and I earned my decorations!

The one things that non-vets do not understand is the bond that all vets share - with on exception - John Kerry.
I am just so glad I found swiftvets - it is nice to be "home" with people who understand my views. We do know what God, Honor and Country mean. _________________ Born to raise a little hell! |

I've talked to my friends and family about John Kerry being bogus in his claim to be both a Vietnam War Hero and an Anti-War protester. I'm amazed by their disregard for the irony of Kerry's dual stance on the Vietnam War. After pointing out this man's faults, they still support him in his presidential aspiration. |

I think you'll find rather than Kerry being the "darling" of the DNC and their party members, it's the Dem philosophy that GeeDubya must be defeated even if it's Kerry who represents them... sadly, "Gimme-gimme" beats out truth and honesty: we had Clinton for TWO terms, y'know. Lying doesn't count, duplicity doesn't count. What matters is that the government "should take care of us, cradle to grave."
Disgusting. Hopefully there will be more ~responsible~ voters than socialist sheep show at the polls this time. _________________ Dr E--

Sgt-Keeper: roger, over....
This website and this forum specifically have given us an opportunity to get together as a REAL "Band of Brothers" to hopefully disseminate real info, and find those of us who've been casting about for so long looking for some sort of "grounding," to ~KNOW~ we're:
a) not nuts
b) not alone
c) not unappreciated
HOO-RAH!
SwiftVets has unequivocally made an impression on all who've heard/seen it, and I for one have found that a,b and c are really-really true. as an 'added value' I've found fellow vets I would NEVER have run into otherwise. _________________ Dr E--

I had intended to vote for Bush before comming here. But now thanks to this web site I intend to get up off my dead a-- and do more than that. It seems like I am the only one in California who is not for Kerry. People I have encountered get really nasty and resort to personal attack even though they know nothing about me. But I am ready to take my place on the line. If there are any rallies in the San Francisco Bar area, let me know. |

Ohgosh, you poor thing. I used to live in the East Bay... I was a liberal Democrat back then, so I fit right in.
I would definitely have a harder time, there if I were to try to live there now.
Letters to the editor, call in radio shows, (I remember that "California Girls" radio show thirty years ago.... what station was that? All talk radio)
Anything you can do. Of course a Bush/Cheney bumper sticker could get your car vandalized out there, and a sign in your window could get your house egged or your windows broken. You probably know best how to stay safe.
Check in with www.protestwarrior.com - they are forming coalitions all over the country and there's a very large one in San Francisco itself, another one in the East Bay and another one out in Walnut Creek.
Good luck! _________________ ~ Echo Juliet ~
