Considering the massive coverage given to recent movies and books damning Bush, the fact that there is a deliberate media blackout on SwiftVets' site and book seems to be to be the potential grounds for a class-action lawsuit against the media for harm to the public through deliberate concealment of major matters of public concern.

There are also likely Breach of Contract issues - e.g., regarding the New York Times' promise of printing "all the news fit to print" and so forth.

Are there any attorneys reading this with thoughts on the matter?
