My Hero of Hero's Col. David Hackworth US Army Ret. I am so thrilled he took the time to actually answer the question. He is an Independent of course as I knew but being a TRUE SOLDIERS SOLDIER I sent a lengthy plea to him knowing this HAD to stick in his craw.
His official position is this: He is doing his homework into Kerry and his Follies. He has many, many resources in the D.O.D. and has assured us within 1 weeks time we will hear the skinny from one of the Most Decorated Soldiers ever to grace the uniform this side of Audie Murphy.

I would love to share the email text with ahyone who respects him or otherwise. email me AllansHDfxdwg2@aol.com

Hack is a genuine hero....and even he had his troubles about wearing citations/awards to which he was not authorized. _________________ U.S.M.C. - 1969-1971
