First of all...thanks for allowing me to join.
I'm a little curious as to why nobody seems to think that this is an issue.
John Kerry testifies before Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing on April 23, 1971
HE accuses EVERYONE of LOAC violations yet he never once reported any of them. It is a violation of the UCMJ to NOT report. It is one of the duties of LOAC to report.

“crimes committed on a day-to-day basis with the full awareness of officers at all levels of command.” |
And he didn't report. Why?
So why is this a non-issue? For me...it is the ENTIRE issue of why I will not vote for him. How is this guy still an officer??? Why has he not been prosecuted under the UCMJ?
I am currently in my 15th year of service in the military.....I'm a Veteran 3 times over and I can tell you withpout a shadow of a doubt, if I did not report a LOAC violation, I'd be in jail. |

Thank-you. My initial search on LOAC found only one other topic which was not related to my own (as far as testimony goes).
Warcrimes did turn it up though.....I gues sI was too specific. |
