Ah what?
That soulds a little from left field.
Clinton had many faults but to turn a blind eye because Christians were dying?
Navy gave the answer. A poll driven President and the people were still upset about Somalia.
Liberal Democrats? Hmph? Wasn't the Republicans the majority in Congress?
Sorry but unless you have some proof such as congress and or Clinton shruging and saying "it's just a bunch of damn Christians" I don't buy it.
It was a poll driven President and a country with no Strategic or monitary value. Speaking of Rawanda that is...... |

Are you forgetting that we had just suffered through a terrible, brutal loss in Somalia and that most of the country was demanding that we not send our military ANYWHERE? The mood of the country was nearly that of John Birchers! |
I think that Clinton was gun shy since it was HIS in abuility to command the military that got those guys killed so he spent the rest of his "presidency" bombing with missles.
I went to Djibouti Djibouti Africa to pull out diplomats incase it spilled over into that French provernce.
Im no expert but I would say that someone upstairs saved us from that idiot sending troops anywhere. other then ofcourse with out the Full support of the socialist europeans, kinda like a Gang of street kids. |
