The witness for Thurlow's recommendation for the Bronze Star has the names of Kerry and one, R.E. Lambert - RD1. Who is R.E. Lambert? Twisted Evil Note: This dude also was recommended for the Bronze Star. I bet it was R.E. Lambert was the eyewitness to Kerry's
award recommendation.

I see a Ralph W. Lambert, as RD3 on PCF-3 his duty listing dates are 4-68/6-68. I imagine that's him with associated typos.
