You are trying to force a very large Quicktime on every user who hits the main site....what is going on is each user see a dead screen and moves on. Any speed up are people giving up.

I urgently suggest you make the Quick time commercial as a click to start item...put it on a page behind the front page.

This should be your top priority right now. Just put a link to second page.

BTW the formating on the front page of the statements is also distorted.
