What a sneaky, slimy coward Kerry is. He will not confront the Swiftboat Veterans, his old comrades in arms becuase to do so would destroy his chances for the Presidency. Instead he attacks Bush. The most ridiculous charge is his demand to Bush to call off his dogs. Bush has absolutely no control over the Swiftboat Vets, but Kerry is trying to give the public the impression that Bush does. What a slimball. Swiftees are not affiliated with the Republican party and Kerry knows this. The Swiftees know Kerry very well and simply hate him for who he truly is, and are practicing their rights to free speech to expose Kerry's propangandistic spin of his war time record. The last thing Kerry wants to do is get in an open debate with the Swiftees to expose all America to his real service record and his betrayal of his comrades in arms. Not a good way to win the Presidency.

This is really getting interesting. Watch in the next round of this drama. Bush's campaign will issue another statement that the campaign has no control over the Swiftees and Kerry has to deal with them on his own. They will suggest that if the allegations are untrue that Kerry file a libel lawsuit against the Swiftees, which is the very last thing Kerry will do. Kerry's problem is he cannot spin the Swiftees allegations away and the Swiftees will not back down. There are 80 days to go and the Swiftboat story will be known to all Americans in detail before election day. I am sending a check in to make sure it happens and I hope everyone who reads this does so as well. Let Freedom Ring, the real Truth of John Kerry shall set us Free!!!!

Kerry has no other choice but to blame Bush and try to get the leftist-kooks to buy into his story that the "evil" George Bush is behind all that is bad for Kerry and the Democrats.

Plus, as we're beginning to see, Kerry is so desparate that now he thinks he can confront and intimidate the vets into backing off and running and hiding from his threats of confrontation.

His only choice at this point is to discredit the messengers because he can't debate the truth and walk away with any credibility whatsoever...

Good observation. I guess it would not be what most of us would do because most of us do not think like that. Kerry must know he cannot keep up this charade for long.

At this point we have to push forward to make the media look at his character as a real campaign issue. It is time to agitate the media and bring attention to his pathological lying. Once the American people realize what a liar he is he will not win the election. Character does matter.
