Search the site for "Steve Gardner".

Several of the supposed "Band of Brothers" didn't serve on Kerry's boat, weren't on boats of any kind. The few that did serve didn't serve more than a few weeks.

One crewmember, Steve Gardner, has been speaking out for months and getting attacked for it.

However, one wouldn't have had to be on the actual boat to observe Kerry. The boats operated in groups and being on another boat could actually give one a better view of how a particular boat operated than actually being on that boat.

Bear in mind also, it was Kerry himself who originally claimed that he and the members of the SVBT had "served together." It was he who put up a picture of him and 19 officers that served together, resulting in the majority of those officers asking him not to use their picture in his campaign, a request he has ignored.

Do your research, Steve Gardner. All of the Swifties served with Kerry and have the expert testimony that is necessary to refute his actions.

Gardner was never on the 94 boat. He'd already gone before the 2 PH's, SS, and BSM. 4 of the five had been recommended and received medals because of Kerry's recommendation. You do what you're told as an EM working for a LT(lg). Then.....and now.

If you watch the SBVFT Press Conference on c-span, three sailors who served "with Kerry" speak against him - Stephen Gardner, Rich O'Mara and Jim Steffes.

Stephen Gardner was the enlisted man who was with Kerry the longest, from everything I've read.

Of the 14 people on the platform at the DNC convention, only eight ever served "on Kerry's boat." One of them for one mission, one for only a few days, most for only 2-4 weeks.

There are discussions about this in Research and Resources. Look for the Bob's and Need Help with an Identity threads.

O'Mara and Steffes were not crewmen. They were OinCs on other boats serving with Kerry on sortees. (aka) missions.

well the guys that support Kerry who were on his boat actually do not speak unless vetted by the Kerry campaign. (Edited by Admin - Gen...please...the high road) Would be nice to talk to some others that support Kerry but to do that requires an act of God (Kerrys campaign handlers as they like to think of themselves).

Of course Gardner who served on the Kerry boat missed the robot manipulation machination machine. In military terms thats called the Triple M Smile. MMM

Everyone,

GenXr has the right of it. If I were the Kerry campaign right now, I would keep my pet veterans under lock and key and carefully script every last detail of what they said when. They have already taken too great a hit (X-Mas in Cambodia) not to do this.

There is another reason too. I have to wonder if one or more of them might not be having second thoughts. If that happened, the Kerry campaign is destroyed, instantly. Kerry and his people know it.
