This is very sad. Michael Berg, father of Nick Berg, the person in Iraq who was brutally torture-murdered by Islamofascists, is quoted below.

Berg expressed frustration at the "lies from our government about Nick's detention".

"And we are fed up with the lies from our government about the reasons for this war."

Calling attention to the situation in occupied Palestine, Berg was adamant that the world wanted peace.

"So what were we to do when we in America were attacked on September 11, that infamous day?" Berg asked.

"I say we should have done then what we never did before: Stop speaking to the people we labelled our enemies and start listening to them."

He added: "Stop giving preconditions to our peaceful coexistence on this small planet, and start honoring and respecting every human's need to live free and autonomously, to truly respect the sovereignty of every state whether it be Israel, or Palestine or Iraq."

Hear that, OBL? Let's sit down and jawbone. That's all that's needed to convince you that Christians are not the Devil, and that Jews are not pigs, and that women are not chattel.

Maybe Kerry should nominate him for Veep, since they share the same outlook.

Ya know what? Ill be the bad guy and say it:

Mr Berg is insane, most likely driven over the edge by the death of his son. He is so full of liberal/leftist horse poop that he cannot bring himself to blame the people who actually killed his son. He inferres noble intentions and humanity for his sons killers that he denies being within the capabilities of President Bush.

His quote about the slaughterers of his boy being able to discern his sons humanity better than President Bush can, before they cut his head off REEK with Liberal gobbledy-gook fuzzyheadedness as he cannot SEE that the persons responsible for his sons death are HIS ACTUAL KILLERS and not a Republican president or his policies. He is so loopy he cannot fathom that there are Muslim nations that prefer to see Jews like him and his son DEAD before there is "peace".

He needs to quit talking to the press and go see a therapist to work out his anger issues and displaced hatreds.
