|
|
There are many ambiguous problems with Kerry's medals and his actions in Vietnam. Those who served with him have tried to communicate their take on things and I applaud the effort. However most everything presented will be argued by the Kerry side and although I believe he is unfit for command it may be time to change tactics and throw their camp further into confusion and back peddling.
I would propose that the effort shift to well documented actions by Kerry. His letter to the Teran Times and the response by the students for democracy. His active work to udermine the support of the Vietnam War while we were still there fighting. His meeting with the enemy while he was still a commimissioned Naval Officer. His self inditment as a war crimminal. His marches under the North Vietnemese flag. His flat out statement that he is an internationalist and how this could effect our country's sovereignty. How inaccurate biased media can paint a picture canvassed by them. (For example Walter Cronkite telling America the the Tet of 68 was a success for the NVA). George Bush may have served in the National Guard ( not my complaint but Kerry's) but he damn sure did not march in support of the enemy.
Documented material that cannot be questioned by the Kerry camp is abundant enough to bury him. In my view these issues if presented properly would deal a death blow to him.
To win this war against Kerry and I do beleive it is mortal combat to save this country from another liberal we must flank em, divide em and win. Or in more profound words; "Where there are mountains and forests, ravines and defiles, wetlands and marshes, wherever the road is difficult to negotiate, it is entrapping terrain." Sun Tzu Art of War. Kerry can easily be stuck deeper in the defiles and marches. We just need to get it done.

I want to see him, or read about him , admitting he did NOT witness those
things after (of course) he said he did. |

From what I've been seeing, the Swifties have an evolving and building plan in place. Their first ad was a "wake up call" and a "throwing down of the guantlet" so to speak. Now their second ad seems to be adding to the first by talking about what happened next. I have no doubt in my mind we'll see some of what you're asking for in the coming weeks. _________________ --------

You will get your wish. Kerry is in over his head with the swifties and the truth.
I wouldn't want them after me. He's gonna be sorry he was ever born. _________________ "And no pair has been more wrong, more loudly, more often, than the two Senators from Massachusetts, Ted Kennedy and John Kerry"

I have a feeling about what is coming next ... and it's pretty damned enjoyable to wait for it to be done. This whole mission is so very deliberate and in such good hands. I try to stay reasonable and calm, but God am I loving this!! |

recongrunt has a good point...those letters and VVAW flyers should be reprinted as paid advertisements...which ever is least expensive, in the Washington Post or NYT, or better yet some conservative newspaper so that SBVFT $$$$ don't fall into enemy's hands... _________________ kerry returned to the United States on July 22, 1971, held a press conference publicly calling on President Nixon... for the surrender of the United States to North Vietnam. |

recongrunt,,
you might want to check out www.wintersoldier.com look on the left hand side of the page. Hope you have a fast connection and plenty of time.
I figure it takess a month solid of reading to just catch up, with all the info that's out there.
Here's a concise source to get the ball rolling.

Recongrut:
In many senses you are right. The SBVT has, indeed, taken a turn towards what you correctly propose.
However, as the Navy folks here will acknowledge, the damage of "Christmas in Cambodia" has banked us towards the fire you suggest.
No one, as in ONE, will not let the public know what Kerry did upon his return home. Yet others will continue to plug away at the earlier objective.
So watch as one objective is finished as another begins action. |

I urge people to not just lurk. Join and donate. This is not a Republican backed front. It is backed mostly by 25-50 $ donations from common people who love their country. |

I like the sound of that. Personally, I thought the 2nd ad should have kept focusing on the falsified medals, but I was born during Vietnam, so I dont have a historical perspective on it. It just seems to me that they can always argue that some soldiers DID commit war crimes, and thats what Kerry was talking about.
But we shall see in the coming days where the nations vets throw their support. To the vets on this forum, thank you for your service in the war and in this fight. Kerry must be stopped. _________________ ===============

Oh, they're not going to let up on the "Stolen Valor" aspect of Kerry's short tour in Vietnam or his lack of integrity.
We're not going to let up, here, either. _________________ ~ Echo Juliet ~
