I went on Johnkerry.com and looked at the spot reports. Most of the messages are from NSA Det An Thoi and down at the time/date have an initial block. Most are sent by KJW, has any one tracked down KJW from An Thoi. Also an AAR is usually a written activity report, were are they. Shouldn't the unit historian or archives have the AAR's on file. They are a matter of public record. |

Please give directions to the "spot reports" on JK.com, a url or something.
To my knowledge AAR's were disseminated to various commands for
info. and action. The originating, relay/routing, information, and action
command communicatons staions would have copies on file (or did have).
This material would have been classified at least confidential and may or
may not be public record, even today. |
