Instigator, RADM Hoffman said today that they had received about $10K in donations in the last 24 hours.
We don't know, but we can try to find out. I know that would be interesting to a lot of you. _________________ ~ Echo Juliet ~

Well..just called my Dad, the vet..he has just sent a check for $100.00. That is amazing, not one for the contributing to orgs, but this one, he is proud of and and is proud of me for doing my small part, so he doubled it. Word of mouth my friends..get your friends to give a little bit too! We can do this, we must do this..it will be done.
Keep the faith!

I have donated once and will be making another payday. In addition to donating we all need to buy t-shirts, bumper stickers, hats, etc to show our support and get the word out in our local communities. Again, thank you swiftvets and keep up the good work. You make me proud to be a Navy vet! |

OHMIGOSH!!!
I just found this in a web search for the first Swifts' ad by accident!

Swiftvets.com took in over $300,000 today Aug 20, 2004

Steve Gardner was just on the Jerry Doyle radio show for the last hour and he broke some breaking news:
1) Swiftvets.com took in $280,000 just today before 1500 Hrs. and is going to be close to $400,000 for the day.
2) Judicial Watch (I know) just filed war crimes charged against Kerry to the Sec of the Navy for his Vietnam crimes of war he admitted to to the US Senate.
3) There will be some breaking news soon on actual Nave official documents about kerry that will prove more of his official lies. |

There are over 8,000 contributors for around half a million to Swifts.
They're not going to be able to say that this organization is a bunch of rich Republicans when the thousands of $5, $20 & $50 donations finally makes it onto the internet.
Keep 'er rolling! |
Best cash I have ever spent! I love seeing it put to work!~
My brother and father are now addicted to this site and watching the work of REAL HEROES speaking out!

Just did my part for $25. I have never given to any group before, but this is the most worthy cause I have ever encountered.
I will try to give more in the near future.
Good luck, and God bless you all!! |

Hi, My donation of $25.00 was made yesterday. Earlier in this thread, a mention was made of a group in yahoo. Can you post the name of the group and let me know if it's open to anyone? Yahoo is a haven for liberal America haters, some of us do battle with them on a daily basis in chat rooms and groups. |

Remember people, every little bit helps...
$5.00, $10.00, $25.00, $50.00 and on up...
The quicker we can out-donate Mr. Perry (with absolutely NO disrespect to him at all!), the quicker the "Republican funded" spinning attack dog will be vanquished.
Let's keep the ball going and the ad running!
Just quit going to the movies or out to buy a pizza for one week and send it in to the Swifties. Bring your lunch to work instead of going out for lunch next week.
They sacrificed their lives then, the least we can do is sacrifice a movie or a meal for them in return.
Thanks Swifties for answering the call then and now! |

I'd like to contribute a modest amount, but I find the amount of follow-up mail you get for subsequent contributions to organizations such as this cancels out your original donation. For every $10 you contribute, they spend $10 soliciting you for more money. |
