Go Swifties!!! |
O'Dell is also excellent -- the KEY for those who can get them the message or if they read here is:
KEEP to the FACTS -- go armed with the facts and KEEP the facts foremost. If asked a stupid question, either answer it or just refuse and go back to the FACTS (O'Neill does this really well, Thurlow got trapped by Mathews repeated badgering.) _________________ Herb |

Agreed. Let him implode and Dean-out on Sep 16.
SOTG |
I have been worried about that too -- if he implodes it may turn out that even Edwards or worse Hillary is a tougher candidate since they could claim that Kerry was sacrificed etc. _________________ Herb |

It's a wonder Chris Matthews can sleep at night. Notice that when Howard Dean was accusing Bush of just about every conspiracy in the book, Matthews responded by asking leading questions that encouraged Dean to go even further. But when a Swifty comes on, he treats his guest like a hostile witness in a court of law...and there was no Hannity to give our esteemed Swifty a chance to put things in their proper perspective. Shame on Chris Matthew. Given the fact that he worked for Pres. Jimmy Carter (perhaps the worst, most un-American president in US history), I wonder if he too (like Kerry) was out there accusing our brave Vietnam vets of atrocities, etc. |

President Bush has already stated he will not attack Kerry's military record. And as Commander in Chief he shouldn't. Doing so would only play into Kerry's hands. President Bush is smart to let this pass on bye. _________________ JLF |
