I was watching FOX and Friends this morning and one of the hosts mentioned that the Chicago Tribune vet refutes Swifties on presence of enemy fire in Rasmussen (bronze star) incident. I read Rood's piece and he deals only with the silver star incident, NOT the Rasmussen/bronze star incident.
Or maybe I'm confused.

I noted that too. I send the "Friends" an e-mail and told Mike he had the 2 incidents mixed up. Rood was the "Silver Star" incident, Rassman was the "Bronze Star" incident.

Let's see if they correct it.

I caught the Kerry look alike as well. Had to chuckle--seemed more warm and engaging than the real thing.

Did you catch Paula Zahn's townhall in Ohio last night on CNN? Ted Devine almost had a coronary when a young vet stood up and declared that he had served "more than four months" in combat.

Imagine living in Massachusetts! I'm from Massachusetts though I grew up in the once libertarian--now socialist--Vermont. It's a struggle:-)

I have major problems with any candidate who waves the "bloody shirt" over his military service. Too many fine heroes are diminished by this pretender!

The Fox News Bureau in New York is really damaging our efforts. None of the hosts ( except maybe Sean ) have a grasp of even the basic facts. Then there little 3 minute segments where neither side can make one uninterrupted sentence can only confuse the viewers. It is so frustrating.
