13 veterans, 15 allegations, 1 boatload of controversy. Are the veterans in the notorious Swift Boat ads telling the truth about John Kerry's war record? Chris Matthews cuts through the spin— and puts their claims to the test.

Needless to say, I fell off my chair laughing when I just heard them say that on a commercial.

Please put your seats in the upright position and grab your barf bag before you watch. On the other hand, it could be mildly amusing to watch Matthews attempt to cut through the "spins", since it is he and his kind who have been the ones spinning the story.

Of course he will do this without Oneill or any other swifty to defend themselves.

Then again, it wouldn't matter anyway if they were there, he would just interrupt and not let them speak.

matthews has been humiliated by this story. He spent a 3 day weekend trying to find ways to dig himself out of his own crap. Look for a big time hack job.

Everyone,

I would expect a hatchet job, but I'd wait and see. His guestlist will say a lot. I also expect that Matthews will have read the book at least in passing. He was embarrassed twice on national TV. He doesn't want that to happen again.
