An interesting point to ponder: If President Bush instructed the 527 known as MoveOn.org to run anti-Bush (or Pro-Kerry) ads, could they be disbanded because of coordination with a candidate? _________________ USMC 69-72, 7th Comm, 3rd MarDiv, FMFPAC

He can't specifically denounce the ad.
As soon as he did, it would immediately be used in a Kerry commercial (ala McCain).
The commercial would say *even* President Bush denounces these slanderous lies (over the President speaking). We told you so. You can't believe anything the SBVFT say. Topic over and lets move on (.org of course). |

I'm not sure where all these "denounce this specific ad" people learned math, but back in the second or third grade, I learned that the universe of "all" included everything. When Bush denounced all 527 ads, that obviously includes the Swift Boat ads.
The Dim are so hypocritical. |

The Kerry campaign's calls for Bush to order an independent campaign committee (527) to stop running ads ARE JAIL BAIT. If Bush were to take the bait, he would be admitting to a CRIME... coordinating the expenditures of an independent campaign committee under our new campaign finance laws. So why is Kerry calling for Bush to violate the law? Figure that one out. _________________ Read first chapter of COLD PEACE for free at www.ColdPeace.com |

I think the President should do what he's been doing. Don't come down either way on the ads or the SBVT and keep the administration and the campaign totally unconnected from the movement, as it always has been. There have been over $60 MILLION spent on 527 ads by kerry supporters and other radical anti-military liberals like soros and moore and the hollywood elitists the past three years, and the President never threatened suits or accused people of anything. He took it on the chin like a man and didn't lose his cool, and allowed people their freedom of speech, even if they were spouting lies and filth that was totally unprovable fiction. But let there be a scant couple million dollars be spent by other people who do not like kerry, who actually know him and heaven forbod SERVED with him and know he's lying, and suddenly, that is inexcusable. There are so many democrats that have spoken at and raised money for moveon.org and americans united or whatever it's called, not to mention the hundreds of democrats that appeared with moore, including kerry who was at a function with him and shook his hand, and never one time denounced the crockumentary farenlie 9-11. And all that is okay. If President Bush had been seen shaking John O'Neil's hand, even though O'Neil is a democrat, and that would be called a crime by the media and the kerry regime'. But here the fact is that kerry has shaken moores hand after farenhlie 9-11 came out, and no one says a peep. Bush shouldn't say anything. It boils down to one simple fact. kerry is getting a taste of what Bush has been getting dumped on him for the past three years, and he hates it! That's like johnny boy! Grow up and deal with it! If you can't take the heat, get the hell out of the kitchen and crawl back in your second sugar momma wife's hooch where you belong! |

Limbaugh just said, 6 out of 10 voters in 19 swing or close states, 60% said they had heard of the SBVT as. Most of them said they believed it. Limbaugh also said that he believes Bush should do what he's been doing about the SBVT ad, NOTHING. Stay out of it. His exact words. kerry didn't stand up and comdemn the soros tens of millions spent on ads. Or moveon.org. And he didn't condemn moore or farenlie 9-11. He didn't condemn any of that the past three years. Bush should just do as kerry did while Bush was being attacked. NOTHING! |
