The Chairman of the Federal Elections Committee is on CSPAN right now and is very supportive of the rights of 527's to be heard.
He's very good. _________________ The war against terrorism is not that Americans might die rather that we would alter our way of living. If we get to a point where we choose not to go out because of fear, our economy will sink and in the end so will our nation. Vote Bush. |

After listening to Mr. Bradley on C-span it's obvious Kerry's complaint to the FEC is destined to go nowhere. He said he believes the voices of the Swiftvets and all other groups should be heard. |

GT, thanks for responding.
He also said some things that are very important. Like this nation is about the First Admendment. Political campaigns are not required to only be what the candidates want to discuss but the citizens who will ultimately be effected by the elected. If John Kerry feels that libel has been committed then he may seek legal remedies that are available to him.
This guy was very good and I feel a lot better having heard what he had to say. I missed some of it but I am going to see when it replays. He was very knowledgable about campaign law and how it may effect the 527's. _________________ The war against terrorism is not that Americans might die rather that we would alter our way of living.
