That is all quite disappointing. I didn't realize this about Hackworth. It's very sad that the most decorated U.S. veteran is so politically misled. is bitterness over not making General makes it more clear to me now. I always wondered how in the world he didn't make General with all those medals and ribbons. Now I know. Maybe he'll have an awakening and join the truth that most military personnel and vets understand. |

I lost any hope for Hackworth during the 1991 Gulf War.
I remember he was on CNN doing a live shot from Saudi He was predicting a disaster, tanks that would never run, untrained soldiers who couldn’t fight etc.
I haven’t taken him seriously since then. _________________ Never apologize, it's a sign of weakness |
