Normally I would be the first to say that 35 years ago doesn't much matter... but in THIS case in particular, I had to go with #4.

Due to the severe damage that Kerry did to the reputation of Vietnam Veterans as well as the damage he did to this country 35 years ago.... IT DOES MATTER. Let's just say there's not really a statute of limitations on the matter... 35 years or 50 years later... the truth is the truth and ALL USA citizens are entitled to free speech.

On similar note... I wonder if Dobbs ran the same survey months ago when it was Bush's military record from 35 years ago that was being attacked (and still is).

And with all that said... go ahead and vote away, but I say POLL SCHMOLL... who needs 'em. The only poll I really care about is the one that counts... in November. Wink

Vote anyway, just think of what is implicit in the last choice, not what the question is meant to imply.

Voted, but I think even WITH the loaded question, they have a formula that divides the unpopular choice (for them) by 10. Wink

Doesn't matter...that 4% is what will decide the election according to all the pollsters. Of course, if they rephrased the question, the percentage would be much higher. Now they will have to simmer and stew over whether that is the 4% of undecided voters that will decide the election.

Candidates lives 35 years ago is up to 4%

Loaded question thouhg. I'm surprised National Security is only at 9%.

Wasn't a 'jihad' declared on us by militant muslims? We went to Afghanistan as a direct result of this.Saddam was dealt with due to decreased tolerance for his games. Iran is developing nukes. N Korea already has them.

CNN polltakers aren't worried about National Security?
