Read a few pieces the last few days stating that members of Kerry's BofB's have declined to answer questions from reporters, stating that all questions had to go through the campaign headquarters.
Folks, is there a lawyer here? Of course my understanding is that anyon can say anything they want, saving 'FIRE' in the proverbial crowded, but doesn't a statement redirecting such questions imply a contractual obligation of some kind? I'm not talking payment, necessarilly, but a contract, an agreement where what you may say and when you may say it is controlled by another party?
That kind of thing, to my corporate experience, is contractual, not the voluntary relationship of 'just folks'.
