I heard on NY talk radio, Kerry has asked for time on Meet the Press and 60 Minutes the night before Republican Convention.

Has anyone else heard this and if yes, do you think Tim Russert would ask him even a few decent questions. I think its fair to say, 60 minutes would be utterly hopeless.

Kind of reminds me of Clinton addressing the nation the night before President Bush's inauguration. Anything to get in the limelight.

It's my understanding he is going to give a "heartfilled" apology to vets whom he might have "inadvertently" offended.

Its just the clinton thing, hopefully won't get the same result.

Poor Teresa, she's got to be confused right now. I'm sure she's believed all these years that those stories were true. Now she's seeing, on national TV, that Rambo wasn't in Cambodia, fragged himself a couple of times with grenades, has every veteran in the country out to get him, people turning their back during speeches.
